Our Location

Located on the Pacific coast of Nicaragua, Nezua encompasses more than 6,000 acres of old-growth tropical forest and over 10 kilometers of pristine beaches.  The property includes part of the Río Escalante-Chacocente Wildlife Refuge.

Less than 2 hours from Managua’s international airport, and 45 minutes from the new Costa Esmeralda airport in Rivas, this area is renowned for its natural beauty, incredible biodiversity, rare wildlife, world-class surf breaks and sport fishing. Residents and visitors have access to authentic, adventurous, and rewarding experiences. Popular attractions such as volcanoes, lakes, and the charming 16th century colonial city of Granada are a short distance away.
